Our program delivers proven concepts in a concise, five-session workshop designed to foster students’ self-management and self-awareness skills.
HAPPY HORMONES
Students will learn the basics of what makes them happy, starting with the four key happy hormones - Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins.
Calming Exercises
Students will learn how to calm down in a healthy way by having them perform proven breathing and distraction techniques.
Gratitude Cafe
Students will recognize gratitude for everyday for everyday things, including the people in their lives. Students will discover new reasons to be grateful and share their insights with the group.
Your Screen Plan
Students will analyze their screen usage and then design, execute, and evaluate a personal screen time plan.
